HOW DOES IT WORK?
Biloba's messaging works like any traditional instant messaging app: parents write down their questions, and in less than 10 minutes a doctor or nurse take them in charge and will provide them with reliable and personalized answers.
Please note, Biloba is not an emergency service. In case of emergency, call 112.
WHEN AND WHY CAN WE USE BILOBA?
All parents have questions about their kids health and development. For all these questions, Biloba provides them with a team of general practitioners, pediatricians and nurses, every day from 8 a.m. to 10 p.m.
For instance, it’s possible to use Biloba if your child has a fever, a headache, a stomach ache, reflux or pimples.
But it can also be practical questions about:
- food diversification,
- your baby's breastfeeding,
- your child's sleep,
- the evolution of your child's weight and height,
- a burn,
- a treatment follow-up,
- questions about a vaccine,
- the little daily worries...
If you have any doubt before asking your question, please remember that above all there are no silly questions, and that other parents have undoubtedly asked them before you.

WHAT ARE BILOBA'S KEY FEATURES?
With the Biloba app you can:
- Talk to our medical team 7 days a week, from 8 a.m to 10 p.m,
- Send pictures and videos,
- Use one and only subscription plan for all of your children,
- Talk to our medical team wherever you are, whatever you’re doing,
- Get a prescription if needed (only accepted in France).
SUBSCRIPTION PRICING AND TERMS
Biloba offers you automatically renewed subscriptions giving you unlimited access to its services. A medical team will be by your side during the chosen period, and you will be able to consult for all your children. No commitment: you can cancel anytime.
The rates apply to subscribers in the European Union. It may vary for other countries and actual charges may need to be converted to your local currency depending on your country of residence.
The subscription will automatically renew unless it is deactivated in your Store account settings at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
You can go to your Play Store account settings to manage your subscription and turn off auto-renewal. Your Store account will be charged when the purchase is confirmed.
